Tracking a warm and sunny weekend

TODAY: Mostly sunny skies and a southeast breeze will keep conditions warmer than average today. Humidity will be low, but highs will reach into the upper 70s again today, which is about 10 degrees warmer than what is typical for late October.

TONIGHT: A warm evening is in store for our Sportzone Football Friday Game of the Week. Kickoff for Hallsville at Blair Oaks is likely in the upper 60s. Games will wrap up with temperatures in the low 60s this evening. Temperatures will fall into the 40s and 50s by Saturday morning.

EXTENDED: Dry and warm weather persists through the weekend with minimal changes. An upper-level disturbance will increase clouds on Monday and Tuesday, but rain is unlikely. Greater chances for rain loom just beyond the forecast, near Halloween weekend.
