Lanes at McCarty Street intersection to close later this week

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Lanes at a downtown Jefferson City intersection will be closed later this week for water service replacement, according to a press release from the Jefferson City Department of Public Works.

Beginning 7 a.m. Thursday, contracts will conduct a water service replacement at 330 Bolivar St.

The release says the work will require the closure of the right-hand westbound lane in the 700 block of East McCarty Street.

The release says work is expected to be completed the same day, but work is scheduled for 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
