Tracking a mild start to the week, clouds roll in tonight

THIS AFTERNOON: Partly to mostly sunny, with mild temperatures in the mid-70s.

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds, with temperatures falling quickly into the 60s and eventually mid-50s overnight.

EXTENDED: Our dry and warm streak continues this week, despite a few weak systems trying to move through the area. More clouds are expected on Tuesday with the first of these, but we won't see any rain, and temperatures remain warm in the 70s through midweek. A warm front will exit the area by Thursday, bringing in warmer air and raising temperatures to the low 80s. We may see a few storms with this front, but almost everyone will stay dry. Isolated storm chances continue through Halloween weekend, but there will likely be plenty of dry time for festivities, and clouds should keep temperatures milder in the mid-70s.
